“Zhamanak” Armenian-American political daily is issued in Los Angeles and considered as the most important daily among Armenian-speaking people of Los Angeles. Since 2006 “Zhamanak” daily has been issuing in Yerevan. In a short period of time the daily gained great popularity in the homeland for its independent point of view on political processes of Armenia and abroad.
We designed and developed the daily’s website version 1.0. The daily grew and enlarged, and the number of articles and news was strongly increased. We have preserved main colors of the previous website version, but almost every element was redesigned. New functionalities have been added and everything was combined in a new fluid layout design. The website looks good even on screens with very big resolutions.
The home page with new fluid layout shows the latest and the most important news and articles.
We have paid special attention to the typography of articles and news pages. The article texts are designed for comfortable reading on screen.
